Q. How far are your locations and long does it take to get to them from Manila?
Most locations are 60 km to 75km miles south of Manila,
mostly in Cavite Province. From Manila’s NAIA International Airport
- Ninoy Aquino International Airport, it’s about a sixty to ninety
minute drive in most instances. In any event there is never a drive of
more than ninety minutes during any one time during your visit.
Q. I’m a first time visitor to the Philippines, is it safe?
Emphatically yes. So long as you use common sense as you should in all
countries you visit, you won’t have any problem. The provinces of the
Philippines where you will visit are laid way back and a safe haven from
stress and the rigors of travel. Little or no traffic, no pollution and just
very friendly people are what to expect and what you’ll receive. So let’s
get any misconception out of the way right up front. Admittedly the
Philippines suffered some negative publicity regarding a few isolated
cases. If you use common sense, as you should anywhere in the world,
you’ll be fine. Suffice that said; you are probably safer in the Philippines
than you are in London, New York or any major city. 24/7 security guards
in gated communities are included in the property locales you will visit
and that we recommend.
Q. Is visiting expensive?
It needn’t be IF you use our

you’ll discover very good value for your money.
