DAY 1

Arrive Manila. Pick up at airport and escorted to deluxe hotel. Overnight and relax at your hotel.

DAY 2

After breakfast, check out of hotel and be escorted by your personal property guide. Travel in an air conditioned vehicle to Alabang just about a thirty minute drive from your Manila hotel.

Visit world class “ASIA Hospital,” Festive Mall and Alabang Town Center. Have lunch in Alabang Town Center, and then visit the following property projects:

• Alabang Portofino
• The Trails, San Pedro

Then travel to and visit the South Forbes projects.
After visiting South Forbes, travel to Tagaytay City and overnight in beautiful Tagaytay overlooking the world famous Taal Volcano at deluxe accommodations.

DAY 3

After breakfast checkout of your hotel and visit the Veranda Homes.

Then visit the famous Crosswinds community. See Brittany Crosswind picture on the right.

Then take a short ride to the breath taking Tagaytay Highlands and inspect both the Tagaytay Midlands and Highlands development communities.

Situated on the southern entrance to Manila Bay and opposite Corregidor Island is Puerto Azul, a beach resort that offers a breathtaking sight with all its elegance and mystique.

Puerto Azul, a tourists’ paradise in the outskirts of Ternate town in Cavite, boasts of flowery bushes, verdant hills and forests, blue sea, and fine sand beaches. Here, one can imagine one’s self in the Biblical Garden of Eden (a little bit in the modern era, though).

The resort complex, which nestles within a 3,300-hectare nature reserve, houses two entities: the Puerto Azul Beach Hotel and the Puerto Azul Beach and Country Club. The club manages a world-class golf course designed by Gary Player and Ron Kirby and completed in 1978. It is now a popular venue for many prestigious championship tournaments.

Though Puerto Azul has always been synonymous with golf and the beach, now there are other things that one can do within the complex. Puerto Azul Beach Hotel has, in fact, prepared 30 fun-filled activities which can be done on one’s own or with family.

Dinner in Puerto Azul, then drive back to Manila (about 90 minutes. Overnight in Manila.

DAY 4 & 5

Boracay. After breakfast check out of hotel and be driven to the domestic airport.

Boracay, just an hour’s flight from Manila, has to be, in my opinion, the absolute best beach, with the whitest sand in the world. Bear in mind I’ve been to nearly a hundred countries during the last years and visited all the best beaches. Boracay is heads and shoulders above the rest.

DAY 6

Return to Manila and check in at deluxe hotel. Enjoy a leisurely afternoon for shopping or local sightseeing escorted by your personal property guide per your requirements.

Dinner with your property guide on night 6.

DAY 7

After breakfast meet with real estate attorney, architect and property builder. Discuss properties, land and residency visas.

Break for lunch – meeting with attorney and property guide.

7pm, dinner in a typical local Filipino restaurant.

DAY 8

After breakfast check out of hotel and driven to the international airport for your return flight.
